We don't sell software. We redesign how businesses operate.
Likha Collective is a UK consultancy for operators who take the long view. We work inside real businesses — quietly, deliberately — combining strategy, practical AI and bespoke systems to remove the friction that stops good companies from scaling.
What we stand for
Most transformation work is loud. Ours isn't. We spend time with the people doing the work, understand the business as it actually runs, then redesign the parts that matter. The output isn't a deck — it's a business that runs more calmly than it did before.
We stay tool-agnostic. We prefer to make the systems you already own work harder before recommending new ones. When new systems are needed, we build them to fit — not the other way around.
How the group is structured
Likha Collective is the group brand — the holding company under which our work sits. It's registered in England & Wales as Likha Collective Ltd, company no. 16795386.
Consultancy engagements are delivered by our operating company, Likha Partners Ltd (company no. 17109118, also registered in England & Wales). When you engage us, that's the entity you contract with.
Our approach
Three principles quietly shape everything we do:
- Calm. We move deliberately. Fewer surprises, cleaner decisions, better outcomes.
- Embedded. We sit inside the business through delivery — not just the strategy phase. New systems only pay back once the team actually uses them.
- Long-term. We build for compounding: small, well-chosen changes now that keep paying off years later.
Where we work
We are UK-wide and remote-first, with in-person work in London and across the country as engagements need it. Our clients are typically established SMEs, professional services firms and multi-company groups turning over £2m to £150m — complex enough to benefit from redesign, small enough to move quickly.
Working with us
Every engagement starts the same way — a quiet 60-minute consultation. No slides, no pitch. If we're a fit, we'll say so. If we aren't, we'll tell you that too, and point you toward someone who is.
